Can I get good jobs after studying from B grade engineering colleges in Mumbai rather than A grade?

it's possible to get good jobs through B GRADE colleges but for that you have to maintaine good score through out degree. and you can not depend on campus recruitment .you have to appear for job interview on your own for good job.
