Obviously, you can score good marks by reading only NCERT books but GOOD is not enough in medical exams for getting admission in a government. Medical college. So, you have to refer other supplementary books but only after by completing the whole syllabus of NCERT books All the best.

NCERTs are best for chemistry and biology. But for physics you have to consider other books because the question at the back exercise are of high level. Well with chemistry and biology if you wish to crack NEET you need to have all the possible knowledge present in the book.
