Can I get good placements and job in reputed schools after doing Diploma in elementary education?

It may be very difficult but if you're lucky, you may get a job. Because as per the sources, many schools have compulsorily ask for a B.Ed degree certificate for the position of a teacher. So the chance is rare or negligible.
