The idea behind CAT, MAT or XAT is to provide an equal platform to graduates coming from different streams so if you get a high percentile and get admission in any of the reputed institutes, you will get a good job too. Just ensure to score a good percentage in your graduation.

Getting a good salary depends entirely on you, but if you get into a good MBA college by scoring well in CAT, you will definitely get the opportunity and platform to earn good.
