Can I get good universities to pursue Masters in Telecommunications in USA?

My profile- GRE is 278, IELTS is 5.5, 10th is 85%, 12th is 95%, UG is 73%. I also have 1.8 years experience.

Hi Gopal, You haven't mentioned whether your degree was a three or four years degree, many universities in US do not accept a three year BS. The top 20 will be difficult basis your profile. Hi I have done 4 years degree and I have 1.8 years in the telecom field only and I am applying for same for masters .anyway I am retaking ilets exam.so based on ielts score (take as 6.5).can you please let me know good universities for this. Thanks in advance.
