Can I get government colleges in UPTU? My general rank is 77000 and SC rank is 6848 in B.Tech in CSE.

    Yes, you can get Government College. There are various phases of counseling, maybe in first counseling you may not get, but in later counseling, you can get. Keep trying with the various phases of counseling.
