Can I get govt college after scoring 36 in jee main and 81%in board.i am obc candidate

My self ajay I have completed my 12th from Sbes college of science. I got 36 in jee main and expecting 81% in board. can I get govt college anyone branch. or vit. as I am from obc category. kindly suggest me colleges.help me
