Yes, you'll get into HBTU with this rank. Moreover, you'll not be able to get CSE for sure as the previous cutoff for HBTU CSE is too far from your rank so its likely to deviate. Moreover, you'll get branches such as Mech, BIOTECH , CIVIL, EEE , IT/ECE (less chances).

Yes, you are eligible to get this college with 7800 ranking in JEE mains under SC category. HBTU offers information and technology engineering branch with this rank. Keep check on counselling dates and fill the form for the same, you will definitely get HBTU Kanpur with IT.
