Can I get help for study visa in University of Fraservalley, Canada?

I had done secondary education & scored 85% marks in non medical. I got overall 6 band {L6.5 R6 W5.5 S5}. I scored 5 band in 1 module. My consultant suggested me to get visa to take English foundation course for Canada. This eligible in university of Fraservalley. Is it a right suggestion?
