Can I get IET-Lucknow for ECE branch with 1311 SC rank and 248 score in UPSEE?

    Dear, I am not sure about IET, Lucknow. And there are some chances for KNIT, Sultanpur and BIET, Jhansi. But,. You may 100% get JSS or AKG. I will recommend you to go upto last round of counseling. Who knows, you may get government college in last round.
