can i get iet lucknow in second councelling my rank is 4467 gen. are ip colleges better than up colleges.
sir pls guide also my aieee rank is 37090 and delhi state rank of 3344 can i get any of the nits and if not which private colleges can we get

Look you cannot get into Nit's right from the ccb counselling bt you have to try for it through spot rounds...!!!!!!!!!
