Yes, there is a scope of admission in metallurgy or civil Engineering in IIEST as per your stated rank. But, CSE, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, is not possible as per previous Cutoff. But, IIEST's mining and metallurgy is really good. It has large scope of research and facilities in IIEST.
