Can I get IIIT, Allahabad or any NIT with IT branch with 82 marks in JEE Mains and 74% in class 12th from CBSE board?

It depends on which category you belong to. If you belong to General category or OBC, then it is impossible to get admission in these reputed colleges.

Yes, you can get admission in NIT, Raipur. You can also try for other NITs.
