    Yes, the candidate who secures 97% in Class 12 final examination is eligible for BTech at IIIT Kottayam. Candidates having their JEE-Main rank above the closing rank specified in the merit list released by the IIIT Kottayam can apply for the counselling process through JoSAA. Given below are the eligibility and selection criteria for the BTech programme at IIIT Kottayam.
