Can I get ILS, Pune with rank of 121 in MH-CET law five years? I am outside Maharashtra candidate.

The cutoff for BA LLB (outside open/general category) for the last academic year, i.e. 2017-18 was 107. Given this, you seem to have a chance, decent one. Best of luck.
