Can I get in SASTRA University with 123 marks in JEE and 975 marks in +2?

Hello Rishitha, Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University, as you have good scores in board exams as well as JEE Main exam. There are good chances for you to get a good course like CSE, ECE etc. but it depends on your rank and the no. of seats available. They will convert both of the marks into percentile as follows: 123(0.25) +97.5(0.75) =103.8. On this basis you will be placed on a rank. Apply under stream 1, if you have not and the last date is June 10.
