I am sure you would not be able to get cs branch in this IIIT Do not be disappointed. You have a good rank for which you can get some other IIIT
There are nearly 119 engineering colleges in India that take jee mains as entrance
Rather than getting in far iiits better go for good government colleges that allow you with good branch
Because branch selection is very important

The last year closing rank at IIITDM-Kurnool was 46489 in CE, hence your chances at here are low. However, you can get some positive results from IIIT, Manipur.
