Can I get in vacancy against cancellation seats? I got 74.34 percentile.

The last year cutoff was around 96 percentile for ACAP. So no chance at all.

In MMS it's very tough to get since minimum cutoff for SIESCOMS is 97.5 percentile even in the cancellation seats because if someone cancels the seats the next merit number will get seats.
