Can I get in VIPS with a rank of 3466? I am from outside Delhi and from general category.

Hi Surya, due to reservation for Delhi students, the IP cutoff list is strict for outside Delhi students. You have a very less chance of getting into VIPS but you never know with the cutoff list. Kindly wait for the counselings to begin. All the best!

Sorry for disturbing you again.
I want to ask that if I do not pay INR 40000 now for IITM, would I be able to participate in the round 2 and what if I pay INR 40000 and I get a good college?
