Can I get into a top IIM with no work exp.? What profile should I have to get a call from IIMs?
My profile: 10th- 10 CGPA, 12th-91.6% and my current CGPA in B.Tech(3rd year) is 8.2.

As Your Academics is Good, Its Fine, But strong entrance Score is needed (CAT), your academics performance will definately increase your chances of getting into an IIM, work Experience is also considered as Mandatory point In Some IIMs ..
