Can I get into American colleges (Ivy League, etc. ). With a HSC board background?

I am a student in the 12th grade HSC board. I am preparing for the JEE Mains and Advanced. I'm currently enrolled in a coaching institute for preparation. I would like to know if I can get admission into colleges like Stanford, MIT, UCLA given my board. I want to know if a GPA is key to admission.
