Can I get into any college for a Bachelor's degree with 35% in 12th commerce?

I am interested in a Bachelor's degree in animation and VFX. If not then I want to get into film making. Please help.

  • I think with this percentage, you can't get Bachelor's degree, but you can do vocational course for this from any private institute. As in MAAC, which is famous for VFX and game animation developer.
