Can I get into any government college with 37 percentile and 80700 rank in JEE Mains as an SC category candidate?

I got 59% in my HSC exam.

With 37 percentile in JEE Mains and around 80700 rank, as a SC category student it will be very hard to get a seat in good government engineering colleges, because even with reservation the cut off is usually higher. But still you can try in some of the less popular branches or in newly opened gover
