Yes, you can get an IHM college as you have scored an AIR of 8799. There are wide range of colleges available. Some of the top colleges are IHM Ahmedabad, IHM Shimla IHM Dehradun IHM Jaipur and IHM Bhopal.

Yes, you can, but while filling up the counselling form, you need to check your comfort level and last year cutoffs too. So, plan accordingly and only fill that colleges in which according to your rank, you think you get admission. There are government as well as private colleges in NCHMCT counselling process, so choose only that one which suits you according to your rank.
