It is improbable that one will be admitted to an NIT or IIIT with a CRL rank of 6.4 Lacs and a SC category rank of 45,000 in JEE Mains, particularly in highly competitive fields like computer Science or electronics. In branches with lesser demand or in more recent or less well-liked NITs or IIITs, you might still have a chance. Your prospects can be improved by taking part in the JoSAA counselling process and thinking about special rounds like CSAB, but you must have backup options, such state engineering colleges or other private universities.

You can try for branches with lesser demand or in more recent or less well-liked NITs or IIITs. You can also try for tier 2 or tier 3 state-level or private colleges.
