Can I get into B.Tech in IT with 37 in maths, 50 in chemistry and 64 marks in physics? Will I be facing any troubles in maths during B.Tech?

You may get IT branch in lower NITs. You should try for the colleges like lNMIT and Thapar University which are equivalent to those of NITs.
