Yes 70% in CLAT is a good score to get into the top NLU's of the country.
For DSNLU, Andhra Pradesh the cutoff is as follows:
For BA LLB Hons General - opening rank is AIR 1002 and closing rank is AIR1797.
For General - Home State Quota the opening rank is AIR 1873 and closing rank is AIR 6171.
