Yes, you can get admission in various colleges in various universities across India, like you can get admission in any college of AKTU, RTU etc. -
Yes, you can do engineering with less than 60% in PCM. For admission in B Tech eligibility is only 50% in PCM. You are eligible for admission in B Tech course except the IITs, NITs and GFTIs because for these institutions only 75% marks in 12th is required.
