Yes, you will surely get admission into various private engineering colleges across India but you can not get opportunies in the top engineering colleges like VIT, SRM, LPU .Their minimum ocm percentage criteria is 60 percent.Hope I have given appropriate answer to your question, thank you.

Yes, you can get admission in various colleges in various universities across India, like you can get admission in any college of AKTU, RTU etc.

Yes, you can do engineering with less than 60% in PCM. For admission in B Tech eligibility is only 50% in PCM. You are eligible for admission in B Tech course except the IITs, NITs and GFTIs because for these institutions only 75% marks in 12th is required.
