    Candidates must have passed class XII from a recognised state or central board. They need to secure minimum aggregate marks of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class XII. Those appearing in Class XII or equivalent in 2017 will be eligible to apply for GITAM GAT 2017. For admission to GITAM Institute Of Technology GIT Visakhapatnam, candidate should have passed HSC (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects conducted by State board of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana/ any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the recognised and valid Board.     GITAM generally accepts GAT exam and EAMCET.
    Candidates must have passed class XII from a recognised state or central board. They need to secure minimum aggregate marks of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class XII. Those appearing in Class XII or equivalent in 2017 will be eligible to apply for GITAM GAT 2017.

The seats allotted to candidates applying for GITAM BBA courses are allotted after the candidates have cleared the personal interview round. Candidates who score appropriate ranks in the GITAM GAT entrance exam are the only ones who are called for the personal intervie round. Once a seat has been allotted to the candidates, they are required to pay the admission fees for GITAM BBA courses to confirm it.

In 2025, there are around 180 seats available a GITAM. These seats are alloted to candidates who manage to clear both the GITAM GAT entrance exam as well as the personal interview round. To confirm the seat allotment at GITAM, candidates must pay the admission fees for GITAMN BBA course. The admission fee may include the first instalment of tuition fee at GITAM for the BBA course.

To gain admissions into GITAM BBA course, candidates need to register for the GITAM GAT entrance exam and clear it with an appropriate rank. Candidates are also required to fulfill the eligibility criteria for BBA admission at GITAM. Once the candidates have cleared the GITAM GAT entrance exam. Candidates will be called for a personal interview round. If the candidates clear the interview round, they get seat allotment for BBA course at GITAM.
