Can I get into IISc with 3rd JEE Mains attempt?

I have passed from CBSE in 2018 with 58.8% and gave an improvement in 2019 with 60.3%. Can I join IISc in 2020 with JEE cut-off?

No, for getting seats in IISC you have to give JEE advance. JEE advance is not allowed in 3rd attempt. So, you can't get admission in IISC.
