Can I get into IITs or NITs by state level engineering exams?

Entrance to IIT & NIT at graduation level is only via JEE. You will able to get admission to state and private colleges by appearing in their entrance examination. Few states have also joined JEE for taking its score for admission.

My 2016 JEE mains score is 111. i'm expecting 85+ in 12th CBSE board. i belong to General category. Do I have any chance of getting into NIT's ?

The only way to the nit's is jee main and only way to the IIT's is jee advanced. There's no other way like private colleges or state level govt colleges.

No, you can't, you have to appear the exam of JEE Mains and cover its cutoff and then appear for JEE Advance and then you will get admission in IITs or NITs.

no u cnt get NITs and IITs through state level exams. u have to appear jee mains for NITs and qualify jee advance for IITs.
