Can I get into IITs without qualifying OBC merit list (I have got 85 marks) through supernumerary quota?

Hello Priyanshi, Government has proposed to introduce supernumerary vacancies for girl students, if in normal course their number is not up to a level. However, even for this girl students have to pass JEE Advanced. Then only their names will be considered for supernumerary quota.
