My profile is as follows –
B.Tech (mechanical) - 84%
Class 12th - 83.3%
Class 10th - 86.8%
IELTS - 8.0 bands overall.
I want to do my Masters from Germany.

Your profile is good and you may apply for m.sc/m.e in both the universities as they have courses in english medium too.
