Can I get into Nirma Institute of Management with 76.20 percentile in CAT?

I have the doubt on that because the cut-off at Nirma Institute of management is 80% percentile. Moreover, there is no reservation policy followed, so even if you are a reserved category candidate. I don't think you will secure a call from Nirma.

Yes, you can get admission at Nirma Institute of Management at 76.20 percentile. Infact the criteria is 75%. Institute of Management, Nirma University (IMNU), Ahmedabad, a high B-school with low fee has opened Admission 2022 for all the 2 years full time UGC recognised MBA programmes. IMNU is one of the top 100 management institutes as per government of India, MHRD-NIRF Ranking 2021. It offers 2 years full time MBA, MBA (HRM) and MBA (Communication) programmes at moderate fee. Last date to apply for NIRMA MBA Admission is January 31, 2021. Application process is online.
