Can I get into NIT or IIIT if I got 62000 rank in JEE Mains 2018?

No, you'll not get any of the above-mentioned colleges (assuming that you are general ). You are likely to get into one of the private universities or autonomous state government institutes.

No, you will not get any college based on the rank you get. You can check the college predictor of the Shiksha. I am providing you the link. Just check it. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor However, you may get any other college on the basis of your rank.

Just check on the same predictor that which non government college you are getting! Also you apply to private universities or college like UPES, SRM, KIIT, VIT, ICFAI, etc. Best of luck.
