Can I get into NITs or IIITs with 86.48 percentile? Which subjects can I choose if I get there? I am from the OBC category.

No, sadly, it is very difficulty for you to get into NITs or IIITs with 86.48 prcentile. Even if you are from OBC category, the said percentile is still less for getting into NITs or IIITs. The competition is too high that the cutoffs are exceeding 90s for such institutions.
