University standards for a “Low” GPA vary among individuals, with a 3.0 GPA being considered low for some and a 3.5 for other. It’s very subjective to every individual. However, the university explicitly requires a minimum 3.0 GPA from it’s students, emphasiizng the importance of meeting this criter
