    There's a lot of considerations like category of the student, like whether a student is Other backward caste (OBC), Scheduled caste (SC) or Scheduled tribe (ST) or Unreserved. with each having some relaxations in Percentage criterias.

    Also, There's many Entrance exams through which Patliputra University takes in students.
    If you can come in merit list of any of those General Entrance Exams such as CAT, or even the direct University's own  entrance Test, and satisfy the 45+% criteria in Undergrad.
    Then you are most likely good to go and can get into Patliputra University.

    The normal cutoff for Patliputra University's Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme is between 60% and 70%. It may, however, differ according on the candidate's category and the volume of applications.
