<p>Yes, one can easily get into presidency university, kolkata with 70% or equivalent in class 12th. The University has 17 departments that offers UG, PG and PhD programmes in Arts and Science specialisations. Admission to all the courses offered by the University is entrance-based every year. However, for admission to the academic year 2021-22, the entrance exams conducted for admission to UG and PG courses by WBJEEB, i.e. PUBDET and PUMDET stand cancelled. All the admissions for this academic year will be based on merit in the last qualifying exam.</p>
