Can I get into SASTRA University with 953 marks in IPE exam and 59 percentile in JEE Mains? Which branch can I get with the same?

<p>SASTRA University BTech admission criteria are divided into two streams and they are as mentioned below:</p><p>Stream 1: JEE Mains + Class 12 marks (50% weightage given to each), for admission to 50% of the total seats</p><p>Stream 2: Class 12 marks (100% weightage), for admission to the remaining 50%</p><p>For 50% of the total seats, the University accepts JEE Main scores and for the rest of the seats, admission is done based on the merit secured by the candidate in the qualifying exam.</p><p>Eligibility: Class 12 with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects with either Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology, from a recognised board, and a minimum 60% aggregate.</p><p>Applicants, without Maths, are eligible to apply for BTech- Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, M.Tech (5 Yr Integrated)- Biotechnology, Medical Nanotechnology</p><p>Selection criteria: JEE Mains/ Merit-based</p>
