Can I get into SJES EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS with 70% in class 12th?

A candidate who has passed two years pre-university examination conducted by the pre-university education board in the state of Karnataka or 10+2 by CBSE or any other examination considered as equivalent there to shall be eligible for admission to SJES.
Candidates must have a minimum percentage of 50 for the admission in SJES.
