No, TNEA is an exam conducted every year by Tamil Nadu state government for taking out admissions into various state government colleges. SRM being an autonomous body conducts its own that is SRMJEE conducted every year nationwide. For getting into the SRM you need to get atleast 70k rank though you will not be able to secure a good branch.
Next mode is through JEE Mains but you should be a topper and should get a rank around 500 or below 1000.
Also, a state board topper can get directly into it without any means of exams.

No, the only means to procure a seat at SRM is to participate in SRMJEE and securing a rank of 70000 and below. Otherwise, you need to be a board topper, among the top 3, or a JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) topper.
You can certainly take admission in SRM's sister campus Valliamai campus, which is also coordinated by SRM, but is not that popular until now and have not made their mark.
SRM being an autonomous body does not entertain any other exam score other than its own.
