Can I get into the B.Tech in aerospace engineering after completing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

Yes, you can get admission in IIT's based on your diploma. But remember, diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th & hence you will have to score at least 75% in diploma besides clearing JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced.
