Yes, this is a decent rank in CSE branch in most of NIT's like NIT Bhopal, NIT Hamirpur, etc. But it is to be noted that the CSE branch is one of the most competitive across NITs, and the cutoffs for it are generally quite high. Also some middle-tier NITs which you can look forward to are NIT Patna,
