For sure you can. In fact you might get special marks for being a non engineer in all the colleges which have preferential marks for non engineers. Your marks would be counted in the composite score and 82% in bachelors is quite good to land up a fairly good composite score. Moreover, the composite score would also depend on the CAT percentile you score and the profile you have.
