Can I get into this college for PGDM? I have 5 years of experience in a steel plant & have 74%, 65% and 7.25 CGPA in 10th, 12th & B.Tech.

Your academic scores are pretty decent. A lot will also depend on your entrance exam score and GA- PI as its an overall profile based selection.

You have a good amount of work experience, do well in your entrance as well so that it will add to your profile and make it strong. All the best you can apply online as the last date of application is December 30th 2016

No, it's pretty decent.
Plus you have good work experience.
So if you apply for a course where it's called the important then it's gonna help you the most.
Specialization you could take up is Operations.
