Can I get into University of Toronto or Waterloo for B.Tech CSE in spring intake 2018?
I have got 9 CGPA in 10th, 77% in12th and 7 bands in IELTS.

Hi,
I am sure you will, those grades are good. However, admissions will also depend on your SOP and LOR. You may take the SAT just confirm with the university if they accept SAT and check if they have spring intake or not. The sooner you apply the better.
