Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission ( TNEA) is conducted by Anna University, Chennai to admit the students into its own department and other constituent colleges of Tamil Nadu.TNEA gives admission on the basis 12th PCM marks. While VIT University, Vellore conducts VITEEE every year which is a national level engineering entrance examination to admit it's students.
VIT University doesn't accept marks of any other entrance test.
However, you may visit the VIT campus and have a word with the officials regarding admission process through management quota. I think you can easily get a seat there through management quota. The fee will be higher

Another way of getting into VIT is through management quota which is

With a 5,667 community rank, your best bet at TCE is branches like Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. CSE and ECE are out of reach, but these other options fit your rank well.
