Can I get into VNIT with 92 percentile and SC category rank of 3500? I am from the SC category.

The selection for admission in VNIT to various courses is based on national-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, NATA, DASA UG, etc. If your percentile is more than 75, you could get a VNIT, if it is more than 85 you could get a good VNIT, and if it is more than 92 you can get whatever you want.
