The eligibility criteria for admission to the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) Ranchi is that the candidates must have a three or four-year graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. SC/ST candidates are given an extra 5% relaxation. The courses offered by XISS Ranchi are in the following specializations: Human resource management, Financial Management, Operation Management, Rural Management, Information Technology, and Marketing. The selection criteria for these courses is based on performance in the CAT/XAT/CMAT entrance exam. For the PGDM programme direct admission is also available in XIS
